PRAWN FISH CAKES
Tiger prawn patties of red curry, lime leaves, coriander and green beans served with crushed peanuts and sweet chilli sauce.
POH PIA TOD (SPRING ROLLS)
White cabbage, carrot, coriander, glass noodle, stir fried with white pepper and garlic wrapped in spring roll pastry served with a sweet chilli dip.
SESAME PRAWN TOAST
Prawn, oyster sauce, sesame oil, white pepper and coriander ground on toast covered with sesame seeds served with a sweet chill dip.
SATAY CHICKEN
Marinated in honey, madras, turmeric and coated in Chili club Satay sauce.
GUNG HOM PA
Tiger prawns marinated in oyster sauce, white pepper andvSesame seeds wrapped in pastry served with a chilli dip.

Jumbo wings coated in a sweet sticky honey, soya, tamarind, ginger and chilli glaze.

THAI BASIL STIR-FRY WITH FILLET BEEF
Fresh chillies, garlic, bell peppers, green beans, onions and basil in a light soy sauce.
GINGER STIR-FRY WITH DUCK
Sliced fresh ginger, bell peppers, carrots, mushroom and onion in a light stir-fry sauce.
RED CURRY OF PRAWN
A richer and more robust blend of spices, with bamboo shoots, bell peppers, green beans, fresh chilli and basil.
SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN
A light sauce with cucumber, tomato, bell peppers, carrots and onion.
